After leaving a five-star hotel with nothing but problems, my wife and I were desperate for a safe, warm place to spend the week in Michigan. Somehow God brought Mark and I together. Mark is the manager of super 8. One of the most amazing people I've ever met in my life with a heart of gold. This man completely transformed this hotel to better than a five-star hotel. I am blown away with how amazing he made this place super clean, super flashy and absolutely amazing. His style of fashion and the way he put these rooms together are out of this world we will definitely be back. Thank you so much! Mark for taking care of us we have the most amazing experience at this hotel. The breakfast was amazing and so are his co-workers. The rooms are super clean and fresh. The internet was great and so was the cable. There's not enough I can say about our experience here from the furniture to the curtains and the windows these rooms were put together with amazing taste and strategy. Great job and God bless
Ok ive been coming here for a few months on weekends and I just have to say the customer service is amazing. I usually see Fahad at night and mark in the morning and mark is so professional and kind and when i get in at night Fahad is always waiting to take care of me and get me checked in as fast as possible and if theres any problems he has always fixed them in min of me bringing them up to him. I recommend this hotel to everyone. Thank you Fahad for being to welcoming when I get there later in the day
After my stay here I would like to say all the people commenting about negative experiences are likely uncomfortable leaving their parents mansions. This is a fine place to stay, the staff are beyond friendly kind and accommodating. Stop being absolutely ridiculous. This place I'd reccomend to anyone even female family. It's safe affordable. As you were. Sincerely a happy patron that will return.
We stayed here in early December. We had excellent service. When I got home, I discovered I had left my prescription glasses. I called, and the manager, Mark, found them and shipped them to me at his own expense! You can't have better customer service.
Aside from our fake wood floor being filthy. (I know this because I wore white socks when I removed my sandals.) We had a pleasant stay. I particularly like that they respected our privacy and did not come in to clean while we were there. The bed was comfortable, and we both slept very well.
The super 8 was an absolutely flawless stay from start to finish the staff at the front desk were and always have been welcoming. My room was spotless, and the bed was one of the most comfortable i've ever slept. I've been a customer for 7 years. plus.. And I promise you, this location is the best.Breakfast is amazing The walk in glass showers are my favorite as well as the pillow top beds. Super 8 is a second home away from home mark and sue has done an amazing job maintaining this hotel.It's a great place to stay.And I recommend this hotel always, and don't forget .There is perks, make sure that you sign up with Wyndams.Rewards. make every dollar counts. I drove from Dallas to Detroit for Thanksgiving and stayed at this motel. The room was immaculate. King size bed with four pillows, a work desk with a chair, a couch and a coffee table, and at $88 a night it was the best price I've seen in a long time. I would stay there again in a heartbeat.
Our room was very clean and staff was very accommodating. We were only in town for the evening. We would definitely come back and stay again.
